My fitness routine for few weeks
- Weight training at 90 percent strenght - 2 or 3 days a week for 45 minutes
- Light aerobics for 90 minutes - 3 days a week
- Stretching 6 days a week
- Asanas and pranayam for 20 minutes - 2 days a week
- Vegetarian Food excluding egg. (No Meat, Chicken etc.)
